Rule 2: Joining fees are R 700-00 (once-off for colours) and R 250-00 per month for club fees, or as agreed upon by a chapter. All fees are non-refundable.

Rule 3: Members must not engage in gossip, rumors, or unwarranted discussions about other members. If a woman has a concern, she must discuss it with her boyfriend or husband, who will approach the President or Vice President. If the issue cannot be resolved, members are expected to adapt, as the club will not change its policies.

Rule 4: All members must show mutual respect. Fighting is strictly prohibited; any issues should be referred to your President or Vice President. Always respect the club colours and name. No full colour member, prospect, or hang-around may cause harm to club colours, the logo, or any member. If a member is intoxicated and a decision is made to transport them and their bike home safely, they must comply without argument. Failure to comply will result in the suspension or loss of colours.

Rule 5: The primary member is considered the husband, fiancé, or boyfriend, unless a female partner rides her own bike (300cc or higher) for at least six months. Women do not have a say in club decisions, with the exception of Chapter Lady Presidents appointed by the National President.

All club fees must be paid on time. Members in arrears lose their right to speak or vote in meetings. If fees remain unpaid for longer than three months, colors may be suspended.

Rule 6: Mandatory monthly meetings will be held. Missing three consecutive meetings without a valid reason may result in the suspension of club colours. Members without colours may not attend meetings.

Rule 7: Qualification for club colours takes six months (1 month hang-around, 3 months prospect, 3 months half colours), subject to chapter rank discretion. Partners and family members must complete the same process. Colours must be worn to all meetings, day jols, and rallies; failure to do so will result in a fine. Missing colours on three consecutive outings may lead to suspension. Members must attend at least 10 day jols and 2 rallies per year, as well as any mandatory events designated by the National President.

Rule 8: All matters regarding membership, finances, rides, and rallies will be discussed at the club level and voted on by paid-up full colour members, subject to final approval by the National Executive Committee. The committee consists of: National President, National Vice President, Regional President, President, Vice President, National Secretary, National Treasurer, National First Lady, National Administrator, National IR/PRO, National Chaplain, National Adjutant, and Road Captain. Committee members are appointed by the National President following member nominations.

Rule 9: The National President elects the President, Vice President, and Regional President. A Chapter President may only appoint a Vice President with the National President's approval. The appointment of Road Captains, Sergeant at Arms, and Secretaries is handled by the Chapter President and Vice President. Wives or girlfriends of chapter ranks may not serve as Secretaries unless approved by all members.

Rule 10: Respect must be shown to Presidents, Vice Presidents, Regional Presidents, and all National officers. Disrespect toward these ranks will result in the immediate stripping of colours by the National President.

Rule 11: Members are strictly prohibited from courting the ex-wives or former girlfriends of existing Ghost Riders members.

Rule 12: Gossip about other motorcycle clubs on social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) will not be tolerated. No other club may be mentioned as backup in any matter. All media inquiries must be directed to the National President/Founder, National Vice President, National Secretary, or National Administrator and the National IR/PRO

Rule 13: Prospects are not permitted to overindulge in alcohol under any circumstances. Disciplinary action will follow if this rule is violated.

Rule 14: Members and ranks are responsible for the conduct of their wives or girlfriends. Misbehavior by a partner will result in the member’s colours being stripped by the National President.

Rule 15: Disrespectful remarks directed toward friends or guests of members are unacceptable and will lead to the suspension of colours.

Rule 16: In the spirit of brotherhood, members attending an event must actively greet one another. Animosity between chapters, members, or ranks will not be tolerated.

Rule 17: Monthly meeting minutes must be submitted to the National Secretary.

Rule 18: All National and Regional officers must be formally invited to attend chapter meetings.

Rule 19: Substance abuse is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent removal of colours.

Rule 20: Any former member requesting to rejoin the club must restart the process from the hang-around stage. No second chances or exceptions will be granted.

Rule 21: Ghost Riders MC Properties may receive full colors at age 16 if they ride their own motorcycle, but they gain voting rights only upon turning 18.

Rule 22: Any ranked member who brings the club into disrepute will have their colours suspended.

Rule 23: Dress Code: As a family-oriented club, presentable attire is required at all times. For meetings and day jols, full GRMC attire must be worn (jeans, t-shirt, and colours for both men and women). Shorts are only permitted at rallies and private functions. No sandals allowed when riding a bike with GRMC patch. Members transferring chapters retain their GRMC colours and apparel.
